WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE

MODALITY OF DATA PROCESSING


The Controller processes personal data adopting the appropriate safety measures in order to prevent non-authorized access, disclosure, change and destruction of Personal Data.


Data processing is performed through technical procedures, telematic means and, residually, through paper from internal subjects appointed and from external processors, where appointed, according to contractual agreements. Personal data are preserved in digital archives and, residually, paper archives assuring the respect of safety measures requested by the law.

Further than the Controller, Personal Data can be accessed by internal subjects appointed (e.g. administrative, commercial, maketing, legals, system administrator) or external subjects (e.g. providers of technical services, hosting providers, communication agencies) appointed as external data processors from the Controller. An updated list of the processors can be always requested to the Controller.


Place of processing

Personal Data are processed within the establishments of the Controller and in any other place parties involved in data processing are located. Please contact the Controller for further information.


Time of Data retention

Personal Data will be processed and retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which Data are collected and according to times provided by the applicable laws, or until the Data Subject withdraw the consent for the related purpose (see above). After the above mentioned retaining periods Personal Data will be deleted or, in alternative, anonymised.


DISCLOSURE AND DIFFUSION


Personal Data will not be diffused by the Controller.

Disclosure to third parties, different from the Controller, processors both internal and external to the Controllare, people appointed for data processing within the Controller is allowed for the above mentioned purposes and within themselves, to third companies, commercial partners in order to allow the pursuit of the purposes. In any case, the processing from third parties shall occur according to principle of fairness and according to the applicable laws.


RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT


Data Subject can excercise its rights as provided by articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of European Regulation n. 2016/679, toward the Controller, namely:

* Data Subject can be informed about the existence or not of Personal Data regarding itself, even if not yet collected, and receive in a structured format of common use and easily readable from a machine its Personal Data and forward such Data to another controller without any hindrance from the actual Controller.

* Data Subject can obtain the indication of:

a) origin and cathegories of Personal Data;

b) purposes and modalities of processing;

c) applied logic in case of processing by authomised tools;

d) identity of the controller, processors and representative;

e) subjects or cathegories of subjects to whom Personal Data can be communicated or that can acknowledge as appointed representative, processor or internal person appointed for data treatment.

* Data Subject can obtain:

a) update, amendment or, if it has any interest, integration of Data;

b) erasure, conversion in anonymous form or block of Data processed due to law breach, including the ones of which the conservation is not necessary according to the processing purposes;

c) proof that operation of letters a) and b) are acknowledge, even of their content, from whom Data are disclosed or diffused, except if such fulfilment is impossible or shall result not proportioned to the right involved.

* Data Subject can request to the Controller the restriction of processing when:

a) there is a challenge for Data accuracy and during the period when the Controller is verifying the challenge;

b) the proessing is unlawful and there is the request instead the opposition;

c) Controller has no further need of Data, but such Data are necessary for assessing, excercising or defending a right before giudiciary authority;

d) Data Subject is on hold, in case of opposition, of the verification of prevalence of legitimate interest of Controller before the legitimate interest of Data Subject.

* Data Subject har the right to oppose, in whole or in part, to its Personal Data processing:

a) for lawful grounds, even its Data are relevant to processing;

b) for purposes regarding advertising materials, direct sale, market research or commercial communication;

c) for purposes or profiling or automated processing.

* Data Subject has the right to be notified in case of amendment, erasement or limitation of processing of its Personal Data.

* Data Subject has the right to refer to the Italian Privacy Authority (“Garante della Privacy”) in order to excercise its rights when it deems an unlawful processing from the Controller.


FURTHER INFORMATION ON PROCESSING


Defense before courts

Data Subject Personal Data may be used from Controller before courts or related preliminary phases for defending abuses of use of the Site or related services from the Data Subject.

Data Subject acknowledges that can be requested to the Controller to disclose Personal Data according to a public authority request.


Further policies

Upon Data Subject request, beyond information provided by this policy, the Site can provide to the Data Subject further information regarding specific services or processing of Personal Data.


System log files and maintenance

According to functioning and maintenance necessities, the Site and possible third parties services used by the Site may collect system log files, namely files that register interaction and may contain Personal Data, such as IP address of Data Subject.

Controller of processing reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, providing adequate disclosure to users of the Site. Please read carefully and often this page, having regarding for the above date. In case of non-acceptance of this policy Data Subject shall immediatly stop using the Site and request to the Controller to erase its Personal Data. Except any specification, the previous policy shall be applied to Persona Data collected under such policy.

CONSENT


According to the Italian Privacy Authority provision n. 330 of July 2013, 4th the consent provided for automated measures shall be extended to traditional measures.

Processor of processing (or Processor)

Controller of processing (or Controller)

Person, company, public administration and any other entity, association or authority which, even together with another controller, takes decisions regarding purposes, modalities of processing and tools, including safety measures related to the functioning and use of this Site. Controller, except for any other statement, is the owner of this Site.
